Artist in Residence at Searsport Shores
On many weeks during the summer, Fiber College of Maine sponsors a resident artist who stays at the campground and runs a program, demonstration or project each day for our guests~ either at a low cost or for free. Keeping with our mission of facilitating family vacations, these daily activities will be attractive to both children and adults and generally focused on families learning and playing together.
This is your opportunity to explore weaving, carving, photography, nature crafts and a variety of other interesting passions.

Belfast Historical Society
The Belfast Historical Society and Museum is dedicated to the collection, conservation, preservation and interpretation of artifacts relevant to Belfast history. Visitors to the Museum will enjoy vintage photographs, maps, postcard collections and interpretive displays. An extensive archives and library are available for research.

Blue Jacket Ship Crafters
BlueJacket Shipcrafters, Inc. has been in continuous operation since 1905! We are, by far, the oldest ship modeling company in the U.S. Let us extend an open invitation to visit BlueJacket. You will find over 100 models in our gallery, our workshops and metal foundry, and a warm welcome from each and every one of us. This is where we build our kits and models-not in some third world country! Besides, the coast of Maine is a great place to visit.

Doll Circus at Bryant Stove
Our Doll Circus contains many miniature animated units that were designed and built by Joe Bryant. With a flip of a switch the whole room comes to life.
The walls filled with stuffed animals, Barbie dolls & Porcelain dolls watch as the units perform for them.
Children of all ages will enjoy walking thru this wonderful room.
