Hinckley's Dreamwood Cottages are part of the rustic tradition of Downeast coastal Maine. At Hinckley's, a family of 2 to 8 people can enjoy the comfort and privacy of its own cottage on Mount Desert Island. Our 29 rustic, white cottages are tucked away in a woodland setting 3 miles from downtown, and are pleasantly rustic, clean and comfortable. No two are alike.

Woodland Park Cottages
Rustic shore front housekeeping cottages located on Mount Desert Island close to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor, Maine. Woodland Park Cottages are located 3.5 miles from the Acadia National Park Entrance where you can enjoy hiking, biking, carriage rides, and swimming. We have eight rustic cottages among tall fragrant evergreens by beautiful, secluded Emery Cove in Frenchman Bay. Completely furnished for light housekeeping, including gas stove with oven, refrigerator, cooking and eating utensils, linens for bed, bath and kitchen, electric heat, cable TV and cribs available. Dock, rowboats, picnic tables, and barbecue grills are available for use by guests.
