Join us in welcoming the Patience to Belfast.
We at the Maine Coast Welcome Center are excited to announce our business partner, Capt. Steven F. Pagels of Downeast Windjammer Cruises is bringing the classic Patience to Belfast. Downeast Windjammers operates the Margaret Todd in Bar Harbor and is proud to be expanding into the Belfast area.

The Patience's open upper deck or the heated lounge is perfect for enjoying the sights of the historic Belfast waterfront. Bring a picnic. Fun for the whole family!
Listen to the sound of the original steam whistle, and let a cruise on Belfast Bay take you back in time. The Steam Ferry Patience will offer scenic harbor cruises departing from the beautiful waterfront near historic downtown Belfast. Choose from a 1 hour Harbor Cruise or 1½ hour Sunset Cruise, some with live music on Friday and Saturday evenings. Our 149-passenger vessel offers spacious comfort to individuals, families and groups alike.
