Jim's comment: Of interest here is, first, one can get from NYC to Stonington in 2 hours, so it''s very accessible, and second, Stonington is #3 of 100 accessible tourist destinations. So it's not a given that Maine is THE destination. We need to work hard at attracting guests and helping them enjoy our state.
